962校內母語演說比賽實施要點
97年度國民中小學作文比賽校內徵文辦法

附件內文如次：
教務處公告「97年度國民中小學作文比賽」校內徵文
一、教育部暨溫世仁文教基金會主辦。請各班有意願之同學依下列規定將作品送交教務處教學組。
二、徵文題目：友誼。
三、注意事項：
（一）請使用6百字稿紙，採橫式直書，以藍色或黑色原子筆或鋼筆親自書寫。
（二）本次徵文字數不得超過1,500字。
（三）請勿於作文紙上落款（意即勿寫上班級姓名），請於稿紙背後用2B鉛筆輕輕地寫上班
級與姓名。
四、校內收件截止日期：97年4月9日。
五、擇優推薦五位同學之作品參加校外複賽。
六、其他：
（一）本校去年有兩位同學榮獲全國優等。
（二）校外決賽日期：97年5月31日（現場寫作，臺北市建安國小）。
（三）獎勵
全國特優可獲得獎金10,000元及獎狀乙幀。
全國優等可獲得獎金 5,000元及獎狀乙幀。
全國甲等可獲得獎金 3,000元及獎狀乙幀。
全國佳作可獲得獎金 1,000元及獎狀乙幀。
（四）校外決賽評分標準，請同學參酌：1.內容與思想：占50%。
2.結構與修辭：占40%。
3.書法與標點：占10%。
